How many calories would one of these have?

I just tried these and they are awesome :). Thank you Emma!

I think it’s around 200 calories if you divide the recipe into 12 portions (but that seems big). I divided it into 24 for a nice 100 calorie snack!

Can i substitute pumpkin puree for the almond butter?

not sure! My only concern is that the puree might be too thin. Almond butter is really thick, and holds it all together. But let me know if you try!

Love these! I added about 1/2 tsp each of nutmeg and ground clove as well for a bit more of a holiday boost. Totally yummy!

That sounds delicious!

Going to try these this week 🙂

Hi Emma,

I just made your Energy Balls. You know it is a success when your picky kids are digging them. Thanks for the recipe.

Making these tomorrow! My new late afternoon, I’m starving for dinner, pre-ride snack! Thanks, Emma!

Finally got around to making these delicious morsels! Took no time at all and they came out perfectly, thanks for sharing the recipe (and great tunes-as always!) Emma??

Hey. I was a bit unsure what the measurement for the milk is? In the UK so may be lost in translation! Thanks ?

4-6 T liquid (unsweetened almond milk, coconut, soy, etc.)

Hi! Capital "T" means tablespoon so you’d need 4-6 tbsp liquid. Sorry for the confusion.
